In creating this award winning single malt, Annandale Distillery were inspired by Robert the Bruce, King of Scotland and VIIth Lord of Annandale, who led the Scots to victory at the Battle of Bannockburn in 1314. Smoky, peaty and bold, Man O' Sword has all of the sophistication and character you'd expect from a dram with such regal origins.

Nose ’??? The aroma is fresh, with notes typical of the Annandale style, pineapple, greenery with subtle smoky hints, and a touch of leafy maltiness.

Palate ’??? Oily and peaty, with initial hints of steeped raisins, fruitcake and tropical fruits. Spicy wood and chocolate rich in vanilla creates a balanced and smooth mouthfeel.

Finish ’??? A nutty and peppered finish leaving a lasting impression of spice with underlying notes of linseed, an aged cigar box and sandalwood.

60.2% ABV
