5. UK Deliveries
5.1. Delivery dates provided are approximate, and we cannot guarantee exact delivery times.
5.2. We may split deliveries into multiple consignments at no extra cost.
5.3. Deliveries will be made to the UK address specified in your order.
5.4. If no one is available at the delivery address, a card may be left indicating delivery arrangements. Tracking details will be provided via email, with images serving as proof of delivery. Any disputes must be raised within 21 days.
5.5. Risk in products passes to you upon delivery to the specified address.
5.6. We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or government restrictions.
5.7. If goods are not delivered within 10 working days, you have the option to cancel the contract and receive a refund.
5.8. UK Standard delivery is free for orders over £75
5.9. Delivery charge refunds adhere to legal rights under relevant legislation.
5.10. If returning an item lowers your order value below the free delivery threshold, delivery costs will be deducted from your refund.
5.11. Order before 3pm Monday – Thursday for next day delivery, this excludes Highland, Islands and Northern Island.
6. Returns
6.1. Items can be returned to our Gretna Green Ltd. store in the UK within 28 working days of receipt.
6.2. Alternatively, goods can be returned by post using any courier service within 28 days of receipt. Please contact returns@gretnagreen.com for your Free returns label.
6.3. If returning damaged or incorrect goods, provide sufficient details on your email to returns@gretnagreen.com.
6.4. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached, unless they are defective, and the tags have been removed within a reasonable time.
6.5. Food products, alcohol, earrings cannot be returns unless damages or faulty.
6.6. Retain proof of postage in case items are not received by us.
6.7. We are not responsible for loss or damage during return transit; we recommend using a recorded delivery service.
6.8. In case of lost or damaged returns, we reserve the right to charge for the loss or damage.
