Moffat Wood Fired Gin 50cl

The first wood-fired gin made in Scotland in living history. Made in small batches in Dark Sky Spirits' 60-litre copper pot still with 14 botanicals. Their hands-on distilling approach results in a lively, well-balanced gin that begs to be tasted neat. The recipe took nearly a year to develop, requiring botanicals that can withstand the variable temperatures created by a living flame.

It's a robust, flavourful London Dry Gin perfect served with your favourite tonic or in more adventurous cocktails! For a G&T, Dark Sky recommend an Indian tonic, but feel free to experiment with your favourite tonics.
